Q How can I pay for your services?
A We can accept payment via cash or credit card. All technicians carry online payment equipment to process credit cards, alternatively cash can also be accepted.
Q When is payment due?
A Payment is due on the day of your appointment, at the completion of the job.
Q Do you supply new computers and equipment?
A Yes. Although we do not advertise products on our website or marketing material, Complete IT Services can supply hardware from all the major manufacturers. At Complete IT Services we use and recommend products from Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Toshiba, and Cisco. Q Can you guarantee the technician will be able to solve my problem?

Q What if the problem cannot be fixed onsite?
A When a technician arrives onsite they will first make a diagnosis of the problem. When the technician reasonably thinks the problem would be best solved offsite, they will discuss this with you and make arrangements to have the equipment brought back to our lab. The technician's decision is based entirely on providing the best possible value for service to you.
Q I have a computer that I would like serviced, can I drop it off to your lab?
A Unfortunately our lab is manned only by service technicians and therefore there are no customer service members available to serve you. Where you require some equipment to be serviced offsite, please contact us on 1300 651 271 and our friendly staff will arrange for a mobile technician to collect the equipment from you at a time and location that suits you. There is no additional charge for this service.
Q How much do you charge?
A Our rates are charged per half-hour. Where a technician is required to attend onsite, a minimum charge of 1 hour is payable which inlcudes the first hour of work. Q I see you have a training section on your website, what kind of training do you offer?
A Our technicians are able to provide you with training in any area of the IT world. From computer basics through to advanced techniques, we have a technician that can teach you what you need to know. Where more than 1 person is requiring training, group bookings are also available.
Q I have a computer that I would like fixed but I am not sure if it is worth spending money on. What should I do?
A At Complete IT Services we always put the customer first. When a technician examines your equipment, an initial diagnosis will be made before proceeding with any repairs. You will then be contacted and given all the information possible to allow you to make an informed decision, moving forward.
Q Is there a minimum charge for work performed offsite?
